IANT Wishes You a Happy Independence Day

Anand Bazaar - 2008 Theme - SAVE THE TIGER

The National Animal of India is on the brink of extinction. The census of 2007 shows that only 1411 Tigers are left in the Country known as The Land Of Tigers. There is still hope if saving tigers is taken as a priority.

The India Association of North Texas (IANT) is a Non-profit, non-political, non-sectarian organization formed in 1962 with the primary purpose to serve the cultural and educational needs of the North Texas Indian community.

Its objectives are to provide a common platform to all members living in the North Texas area for pursuing their common goals and sharing their concerns while promoting joint efforts in the social, cultural, educational and charitable activities of the members.

Various functions are held and events are celebrated by members of the community such as India’s Independence Day, Republic Day etc. Here are some upcoming events.
